Sasine Plots:

Plot: 568  view details Woodhaven 1 acre 2 roods (Leitch) 65 West Rd (Netherlea) There is confusion whether this is part of Tayfield or St Fort estates. Tayfield plans show it as theirs, but the feu was granted by St Fort. The early 'Feus in Tayfield' map describes it as 'Adam's feu, now Mr Stewart's' i.e. St Fort's. The press at the time Andrew Leitch feued it described it as the first part of St Fort estate to be feued in the expansion of Newport.
