Commentary

This page shows the entries as recorded. However, I wonder whether the early entries for 25 and 27 Kinbrae Park have got mixed up. Both properties are similar and are the 2 parts of a semi-detached building. It seems unlikely that a tenant would move from one half to the other. There are other examples where the Town Council recorded their tenants at the wrong addresses.
