1673.00000Notarial Instrument proceeding on and narating a precept of sasine in a disposition of sale (dated 15 Sep 1673) by Mr Alexander Nairn of Little Over [Upper] Friertoun, in favour of James Nairn merchant in St Andrews, of the town and lands of Little Over Friertoun, occupied by David Ramsay, lying in the parish of Forgan and shire of Fife; also 4 acres of land there, and a tenement in St Andrews, on north side of North Street there, bounded by the tenements of the late John Myles, Walter Gibson, heirs of Mr David Methven, and the late James Peatt, as described; reserving liferents in the lands to Dorathie Quarrell, mother of Mr Andrew Nairn, and Margaret Lundie, his spouse. Sasine given 23 September 1673, and recorded at Cupar 6 October following.
