No. 6 on plan ... 52 falls 10 ells Scotch … yearly feu duty of 2/1d. sterling per fall, bounded by 30' road on W, 30' road on N, lot 7 on E, 25' road on S … measurement includes half of the roads … reserving right to build … right to take water & bleaching clothes [on braes] … entrances to back ground … maintain roads & footpaths … [see 1830.05729] footpaths to be 4' wide on 30' roads and 3' wide on 25' roads … to take infeftment on the precept of sasine within 6 months … witnessed upon the ground by Thomas Honeyman, innkeeper at Maryton & Charles Hunter his waiter. … RS 32/149/76
