| Cupar 8 November 1852 … on behalf of Mrs Barbara Mackie / Just, widow of Thomas Just feuar at Justfield, & Robert Just wright at Newport his son, was presented a disp by said Thomas Just, 3 April 1820, whereby Thomas Just disp to Barbara Mackie in liferent & son Robert & heirs (1) all & whole the W half of a small park of Broadhaugh bounded by the High Road on S, by a stone dyke on N, by subjects belonging to William Just, son of said Thomas Just, on W, & by the E half of said park disp by said Thomas Just, 1 February 1817, to his son David on E, which croft was disp to Thomas Just by John Lyon of Kinnaird … privilege of shipping … privilege of quarrying in common quarry … (2) & also all & whole that 2-storey house lately built by him, said Thomas Just, with the yard belonging thereto part of the lands of Wellgate bounded by a hedge on the E, by a stone dyke on the N, by a road of 5' on the W, & by a straight line from the corner of the quarry on the S, parts of that piece of land called Wellgate feued by said Thomas Just from John Lyon of Kinnaird … privilege of shipping … & quarrying first subjects 10/- feu duty, second subjects 7/6d.
