| Cupar 28 May 1867 I, Charles Alexander printer in Dundee in consideration of £770 instantly paid to me by Miss Euphemia Gellatly residing in Newport as the price of the said subjects sell & dispone to her & heirs all & whole pce grnd 30.5 pol the E-most half of all &whole pce grnd 61 pol lot 18 on a feuing plan of Craighead laid out as building lots in feu contract 8 & 11 May 1866 between Clydesdale Banking Co & Charles Alexander, said E-most half is : N by the t/p road leading to Tayport, : E by lot 17 from which it is marked off by march stones & a mutual wall, : on W by W-most half of the said whole pce grnd marked off by march stones; : S by a road or street 25' wide, one half of which so far as it bounds this grnd is included in the measurement thereof; together with dw ho & offices erected by me … my feu contract registered 5 Jul 1866 … [Euphemia Gellatly] entitled to payment from either Clydesdale Banking Co or the feuar of lot 17 when that lot is feued the sum of £10 being half the cost of said mutual wall which was wholly disbursed by me and which sum of £10 is included in the price.
