Henry S Wedderburn to Dundee Water Commissioners - £150 - sell (1) all & whole pce of grnd of Wormit … 134 pol, : on all sides by arable or pasture lands of Scroggieside Farm tenanted by David Grieve for constructing a tank / cistern & watchman's house for supplying water to Newport & district; (2) a right over land extending from (1) northwards to the public road on the N side of the Newport & Tay Bridge Railways for pipes … no steam engines on the land … free ish & entry by a temporary footway … until the feuing roads or ways … shall approach & abut onto the reservoir from the Tay Bridge when the temporary footway shall be abandoned.
