Cupar, 19 Dec 1786 … on 30 November 1786 … Thomas Just of Justfield and John Meldrum tenant in Innerdivot, baillie … Thomas Just having a disp by John Lyon of Kinnaird in favour of Thomas Just … (1) all & whole that land called Wellgate Park enclosed with stone dykes on 3 sides and a hedge on the E side; (2) & also that croft of land with the houses thereon being the whole possessed by George Ireland commonly called Breadheugh, bounded by Robert Russell's land on E; by land feued by John Lyon on W; by highway which divides this land from the Wellgate Park on the S; & flood mark on N; both which pieces of land are parts of Innerdivot … priviledge of shipping & unloading … whatever … by a road leading from the King's High Road … and he, Thomas Just, being obliged to build a sufficient stone fence upon the E & S sides of Wellgate Park, reserving the right of John Lyon's tenants etc. use of said road to the sea … £1-10-0 yearly feu duty … in presence on the ground of Alexander Gourlay, smith, & George Ireland, weaver, both of Innerdivot. … RS 32/36/156
