| Cupar, 2 Dec 1824 … On 4 Nov 1824 … George Fotheringham mason Woodhaven, procurator & attorney for Thomas Just jun now residing near Woodhaven son of late Thomas Just feuar at Justfield, & William Just mason Newport as bailie, said attorney having & holding a disposition by Thomas Just to Thomas Just jun of all & whole that piece of land called the Wellgate Park formerly enclosed by a stone dyke on 3 sides & a hedge on the E side with the house built thereon excepting therefrom the 2-storey house & yard disponed by said Thomas Just to his son Robert, & also excepting a house & yard formerly disponed by him to his son George … which subjects were disponed by John Lyon of Kinnaird to Thomas Just … privilege of cart road leading from the subjects disponed down to the pier through the croft belonging to him called Broadhaugh with privilege of shipping … £1 feu duty … Thomas Just jun [has already agreed] to pay to Christian Just daughter of late Thomas Just a £4 liferent annuity & is to pay Ann Just daughter of late Thomas Just & spouse of Arthur Baird £5 … the bailie received the disposition ...
