5 May 1825 at Cupar. On 28 Mar 1825 appeared Charles Hunter servant to Alexander Rhind corn merchant Woodhaven house as procurator & attorney for Isabella Walker formerly at St Fort now spouse of George Just builder & contractor Tayside near Woodhaven ... and John Cowe Farquharson wood merchant Dundee bailie ... having & holding in his hands a post-nuptial contract containing sasine entered into between George Just proprietor ot the subjects after described and Isabella Walker whereby George Just ... disponed to Isabella Walker in liferent ... (1) all & whole that square piece of ground and dwelling house thereon, part of Wellgate Park in Inverdovat which was feued to late Thomas Just of Justfield by late John Lyon of Kinnaird, which piece of ground is bounded by a wall dividing it from the ground belonging to said deceased Thomas Just and now to Thomas Just his son to the east & south, the Kirk Road on the west, and the King's highway on the north ... privilege of shipping and unloading ... by a road made out of the said land leading from the King's high road & also privilege along with Thomas Just's other feuars & tenants of the spring well in Wellgate Park & bleaching green adjacent thereto & free ish & entry to & from the same ... reserving always to successors of said John Lyon, their feuars & tenants the use of said road for carrying goods to & from the sea ... and said Isabella should during her lifetime be bound to frequent the mill of Sea Mills with her corns as usual and to pay the accustomed multures thereupon; and also (2) all & whole ... the Holes alias Justfield lying upon the east side of Causeyhead & Inverdovat ... privilege of pasturage & casting feal & divot which are now done away with ... compensated for by 2 riggs or butts of land ...
