Cupar 16 July 1857 … At Dundee … David Just, wright in Newport, presented feu ch by Henry Stewart, consent of George Just, builder, Newport, to David Just & heirs of lot 30 Woodmoor … 64 poles (including half of streets to be made up) … bounded on E by a 30' road, on S by road 25', on W by part of Woodmoor Park lot 29, on N & NE by a 25' road, & house etc t/on - to maintain a 2-storey, blue slate house … conditions, not less that £140 value, make up whole of road on E, half of road on S, half of road on N & NE, the 25' roads to be made up when the other halfs are feued off … not to be used as an inn, hotel, place selling spirituous liquor, or as a mill, manufactory for chemical operations or in any way which may operate as a nuisance to other occupants of Woodmoor Park … entry at Martinmas 1856 … £4-16-0 feu duty … RS 32/313/72
