Cupar 15 February 1858 … George Just, builder in Newport … feu ch … Henry Stewart [sold to] George Just & heirs all & whole lot 18 on plan of Woodmuir Park & ref. to agreement 9 February 1852 … 57.5 poles (including half of streets) bounded on E by lot 17, on SE & N [sic] by 25' roads & dwelling house built thereon under burden to maintain a self-contained dwelling house not more than 2 storeys roofed with blue slates or a double cottage not exceeding that height … not less than £140 in value … make up roads on SW and N [sic] … not to be used as an inn, hotel, place selling spirituous liquor, or as a mill, manufactory for chemical operations or in any way which may operate as a nuisance to other occupants of Woodmoor Park … RS 32/315/195
