| Cupar 26 June 1860 … James Guthrie Davidson … limits security of bond £400 by Rev Thomas Just, 11 November 1852, to all & whole the dwelling house & garden presently occupied by me surrounded on all sides by a stone wall, bounded by King's high road on S, by a road leading to the floodmark on W & N, by a mutual wall dividing from Thomas Ritchie's (now James Chapman's) on E; and redeem (1) all & whole Wellgate Park formerly enclosed by a stone dyke on 3 sides and a hedge on E, & houses thereon, excepting (a) 2-storey house & yard disponed by deceased Thomas Just, grandfather of Rev Thomas Just, to Robert Just his son & (b) the house & yard disponed by Thomas Just to George Just, his son; (2)that part lying to W and N of foresaid dwelling house & garden occupied by me and separated from it by the road to the sea, the whole being bounded by the King's high road on S,by a mutual wall with Wellgate garden on W, by the sea flood on N, and by a wall with Thomas Ritchie & NW side of the common road on E … RS 32/325/284 |
